Because S SHAKEEL LLC does not sell Verizon products or services, process customer payments, activate services, or manage customer accounts, our refund policy differs from that of a service provider.
Payments
S SHAKEEL LLC does not collect payments for Verizon products or services. All service fees, plan charges, billing, and payment processing are handled directly by Verizon in accordance with its official policies and terms of service.
Refund Eligibility
Since S SHAKEEL LLC does not charge customers for Verizon products or services, we do not issue refunds for:
Verizon wireless, internet, home, or business services
Monthly service charges
Installation or activation fees
Equipment purchases
Taxes or government fees
Any charges billed by Verizon
Any refund requests related to Verizon products or services must be submitted directly to Verizon and are subject to Verizon’s applicable policies and procedures.
Referral Services
Our role is limited to providing independent marketing, customer outreach, and referral assistance. Unless otherwise expressly stated in a separate written agreement, these services are provided without any separate customer fee.
If S SHAKEEL LLC ever introduces a fee-based service in the future, the applicable refund terms will be clearly disclosed before any payment is accepted.
Service Cancellations
Requests to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate Verizon services must be made directly through Verizon. S SHAKEEL LLC cannot cancel Verizon accounts, modify service plans, or process service-related refunds.
Disputes
If you believe you have been billed incorrectly by Verizon or have questions regarding charges on your Verizon account, please contact Verizon directly. S SHAKEEL LLC does not have access to Verizon billing systems or customer account information.
